It features:

A living area equipped with a comfortable queen-size sofa bed and a desk, ideal for working or relaxing. Please note, however, that it is not suitable for construction professionals (irregular hours, equipment logistics, technical vehicles, equipment storage, etc.)

A well-equipped kitchenette that’s functional and convenient for your meals and culinary endeavors.

A separate sleeping area with a king-size bed. Although this area is not enclosed, it offers a degree of privacy while maintaining an open and welcoming atmosphere.

A modern bathroom, equipped with a shower designed for your comfort.

The studio also offers access to a large shared living room, which leads to a superb shared elevated terrace. Topped by a bioclimatic pergola, this terrace offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. It perfectly embodies the warm spirit of La Ferme d’Estelle, blending moments of privacy with times of togetherness.

Located on the first floor, “Côté Paille” is accessed through a secure entrance equipped with a keypad, situated at the rear of the building on the garden side.

With room for 4 people who share a close bond, this studio invites you to relax and enjoy time together in an elegant and welcoming setting.
