The Inspiring Barn

La Grange d’Estelle, a 232-square-meter space, is an integral part of the Ferme d’Estelle.

Ideal for gatherings that require privacy, it hosts seminars, executive committee meetings, and training sessions with on-site accommodations. Just 20 minutes from the Lorraine TGV station and the airport. A peaceful and inspiring setting.

La Grange d’Estelle accommodates up to 12 people in a peaceful and inspiring setting.

It meets the need for both lodging and meeting space. Ideal for seminars, training sessions, collaborative projects, or quiet, peaceful get-togethers with family or friends. Please note, however, that it is not suitable for construction professionals ( shift work, equipment logistics, technical vehicles, equipment storage, etc.).

Located on the first floor, it consists of four high-end, private units:

 Côté Foin: This 42-square-meter dual-aspect studio apartment with a colorful industrial vibe features a living area with a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, a 160 cm sofa bed, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a nice workspace, a beautiful bathroom with a 120x90 shower, and a separate toilet. Sleeps: 4 people.

 Côté Paille: A chic 32-square-meter studio with a golden and navy blue color scheme, featuring a separate sleeping area with a king-size bed and an enclosed en suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the other side of the partition, the living room—which includes a dedicated workspace—can be converted into a sleeping area thanks to a 160-cm-wide sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen with a multifunction oven (including a microwave), a Bob dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment allows for meal preparation. Sleeps 4.

 Côté Bois: A cozy 21-square-meter studio with a wood-paneled ambiance, twin beds that can be joined to form a double bed, and a bathroom with a 120x90 shower and toilet. A small, fully equipped kitchen with a multifunction oven (including a microwave), a BOB dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Capacity: 2 people.

 Côté Blé: An elegant and modern room with an en suite bathroom featuring a 160x90 shower and toilet, ideal as a complement to the other accommodations. Capacity: 2 people.

A spacious shared living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a raised terrace featuring a bioclimatic pergola harmoniously connects these four spaces and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. An ideal place to gather and share unforgettable moments.

On the ground floor, “La Grange Inspirante”—a cozy and functional 75 m² meeting room—completes the complex. It features a warm kitchen/dining area and an inspiring workspace equipped with a screen, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and videoconferencing capabilities. It can comfortably accommodate 12 people in the meeting space, with a maximum of 15 including accommodations.
